Is the group fitness monthly membership contracted?
No, our monthly memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. We believe in earning your business each month through our quality service.

What is included in a monthly membership?
Monthly membership includes unlimited access to in-person group fitness classes, direct access to your personal trainer for questions and guidance, and automatic enrollment in any challenges or special events we host.

Can I convert from a class pack to a monthly membership?
Absolutely! We're happy to work with you to convert your remaining class pack sessions to a monthly membership. Contact us directly and we'll help you make the transition seamless.

Do the class packs expire?
No. Your purchased classes are yours until you use them all, regardless of how long it takes. There's no expiration date on your investment in your health.

Classes & Training

Is there a limit on class size?
Yes. To ensure quality instruction and personalized attention, we limit our class sizes to 10-12 people per session. This allows our trainers to monitor form and provide modifications as needed.

Do you offer any specialized training for athletes?
Yes! We create specialized programs for athletes at all levels. Whether you're training for a specific sport, competition, or event, we'll design a customized program to help you reach your performance goals.

Can my child come to workout with me?
Yes, children ages 13 and older are welcome to join our classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian. We believe in fostering healthy habits at a young age and supporting family fitness.

Digital Offerings

Will there be on-demand access in the near future?
Yes! We're developing a members-only page on our website that will include access to up to 50 hours of on-demand workout videos. This will be available for an additional subscription fee and is perfect for those who travel or prefer to supplement their in-studio workouts with at-home sessions.

Additional Information

What should I bring to my first class?
We recommend bringing water, a towel, and wearing comfortable fitness attire. Most equipment is provided, but feel free to contact us before your first session if you have specific questions.

How early should I arrive for class?
For your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and get oriented to the space. For regular attendees, we recommend arriving at least 5 minutes before class start time.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! Please let us know at least 6 hours in advance if you need to cancel your class reservation to avoid being charged for the session.

How do I schedule my first session?
You can book your first session through our online booking portal, by calling us directly, or by sending us an email. We'll get you set up and ready to go!
