Unfortunately, during our slower months (June/July/August) we may not have staff at the front desk, readily available to assist you. If you require Membership information and/or would like a tour of our fitness facility, we will be pleased to accommodate your request, at a mutually acceptable time.
Please call (613-258-4001) or e-mail to book an appointment, wherein we will gladly take the time to provide you with a tour, brief you on our facility, and explain/assist you with the Membership sign-up process.
If you are a renewing member, please call and/or e-mail, in advance, advising approximately when you will arrive, in order that we may prepare the necessary paperwork.
